girl gang tee, bad girl look

Girl Gang Crop Top

If you are looking an outfit that makes you feel invincible, I’ve found it for you! ToSave.com sponsored this bad girl look and I am loving it! What’s even better is that this is the perfect look to wear for a girls night out. You and all of your girlfriends will feel empowered and bold. This is the epitome of my tag line, “Bold style for the everyday girl!”

I’ve heard so many times that color influences your mood so you wont be surprised to feel like Wonder Woman in this outfit. Right now it’s still pretty warm in Houston but I can’t wait to throw a black leather jacket on with black boots to set this look off. For now, I will stay cool by wearing the top as is and just pairing it with these awesome lace up pants. These pants feel like a more comfortable version of an over the knee boot. You get all of the pizazz with all of the comfort. Let me know what your favorite part of this look is and how you would style it. Enjoy!

Retro Floral | Outfit of the Day

Sometimes when I thrift shop I find nothing. Other times it is obvious that the thrift gods are on my side. I was able to get this beautiful print for less than $5 from a resale shop. To make things even better, I got these wide leg high rise jeans from Target for about $9. I’ve had these wedge sandals for about three years (but they came from target) and my friends over at Charming Charlie hooked me up with the accessories. My necklace, sunglasses and tote was sponsored by Charming Charlie.

Not only is this look super comfortable, the retro vibes feel really good.

Striped Off the Shoulder Dress | OOTD

Y’all!! This dress!! (And this colorful home!) When I got ready to go shoot this look, we were driving out of our neighborhood looking for a cool place when we saw our neighbor’s home and thought, “That’s amazing!” Her yellow door and art work on the steps made my DIY heart skip a beat! I went to chat with my neighbor and she was kind enough to let me photograph this look right in front of her beautiful home. Thank you Terri!

Amazon is my go to for nearly everything now. I love to order things and have it show up on my door step 2 days later with my Prime account. It saves me time and trips to the store. My amazon habits are not limited to house hold goods anymore. I find some surprisingly wonderful things at low prices to wear on Amazon nowadays and here is one wonderful off the shoulder dress to prove it to you.

I adore the vertical stripes and the amazing colors in this dress. I think this dress just meshes well with summer themed parties, picnics, festivals and pretty much anything celebratory. The material has a gauze feel that makes it wonderful for airflow on hot Houston days.

Anything that allows me to “throw something” on and run out of the house is absolutely a win in my book. I’m all about being care free in as many ways as humanly possible and this dress does it for me. Leave me a comment about your favorite carefree thing to wear. Enjoy!

Bold Spring Prints | OOTD

The best thing about spring and summer is the vibrant prints and colors that come along with it. The dresses, skirts, and shorts get shorter and the patterns get busier. When I received this dress sponored by Tobi ,I was so happy to see the vivid colors and contrast provided by the prints.

What I like most about this dress is the casual vibes that automatically come to mind when I put it on. I immediately felt like I was going on vacation. The ties at the shoulders are so adorable and you could even go braless if you wanted to really relax. To keep it casual and comfortable, I paired my trusty white converse with this look.

To add in yet another bold element I looked for one of the most fabulous accessories I could find. Milan Blocks sponsored this amazing acrylic clutch that has a detachable chain that allows you to use it as a cross body purse too! It’s a beautiful bright aqua blue with sparkly red lips on it. It is literally a show stopper! Purses like this run for $500+ or more and I was lucky enough to have found this one in Houston for under $100. I get to support a local female business owner and look so dang fabulous at the same time. Now that’s winning, enjoy!
